Rated 5 out of 5 by from These are great shavers I recently purchased my third F2 foil type of Remington shaver. I've stayed with this type because I liked the first one so much that when the charger or charging cord began to fail after 10 years of use I decided to buy a new one instead of just a charger. The first one also had a small break in the foil, so a new foil was needed too. When my second one arrived I began using it right away, but once I realized the new charger worked on both shavers I saved my first one for a back up and spare parts. It seems that all parts are interchangeable on both first and second shavers. After about two years the flip up trimmer part of my second F2 foil shaver came loose one day and appeared that it would not stay in place due to a problem with the plastic frame. I called the company I bought it from and was surprised to be told they no longer make this type of shaver, and no parts were available. After that I looked up the Remington web site and found these F2 foil shavers were available on closeout. I ordered one and I'm so happy to now have three of them. My first two still work for shaving, but I combined the best parts of the first two into one to use as a traveling shaver, so I can leave my new one at home. Since I now have two working charges I can keep one with each shaver. It's a shame this type of shaver has been discontinued, but at my age, maybe these two will last me the remainder of my life. I sure hope so as it's no fun finding something new and different to replace what I like and am satisfied with.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tremendous Upgrade I recently "upgraded" from the DA-307 to the F2-3800. Both use the same screen and cutters (SP-62). What a tremendous upgrade! Provides an all-around closer shave and, as advertised, it gets rid of stubborn neck hairs and never dies on you during the shave. It even collects whiskers better, making for easier cleaning. It also has an improved contour for easier holding. My shaving experience has gone from a C- (at best) to an A. Thank you for making such dramatic and practical improvements.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pleasant surprise! I thought I was buying a " regular", good quality razor for a good price. But when I started using it daily, I found that it did a great job on my neck whiskers which have always been a problem. This gets them quickly. It does better with short hairs. If I go a couple of days without shaving then my F2 has difficulty with the longer hairs. But if I shave daily it is quick, fast and easy. I am thrilled with the F2 Power Series.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Keith It feels very light weight--almost cheap. But you can tell by the sound of it running and feel of it running that it is of good quality. And the battery charge lasts for a number of shaves. And the trimmer trims very good--even better than my older Remington that was a die hard.
