Love it! I have shoulder length thin hair, I always had problems keeping curls that would not last more than two hours. The curl perfect curling iron will keep a bouncy curl in my hair for at most 7hours! Love love <3 January 10, 2013

Just enough heat without damage This is the only spiral iron that produces a perfect curl every time! It's so easy to use too. My hair is fine and straight in texture, yet thick - I have a lot of it. It takes me only about 10 mins to curl my entire head with this product. The curls last well into the third day and look great. There is just enough heat in this iron to curl my hair without damaging it. I use it about once a week for a different look. An absolute must for anyone who wants to create ringlets or soft waves. Excellent, but a few bugs My aunt got me this product for Christmas and I love it. It heats up nicely, holds a beautiful curl in my stubborn hair all day with no hairspray, and is easy to use. HOWEVER, it's design only allows for one-way curling. I, personally, like to curl away from my face, so this disappoints me. It's a disappointment I can overlook, but still. Maybe an overlapping cross-section barrel where the guides spiral in both directions would be better in giving an option to curl both ways. I have relatively long hair that reaches bellow my shoulder blades, and this product only curls all the way to the root one side of my head, giving a slanted, unbalanced look. I feel that this might be counteracted by a cross-spiral design, also. I haven't used this product very much (I usually just go with my natural straight hair due to lack of time), but when I do, I love it because of one specific style that uses the aforementioned flaws to my advantage. I pull all of my hair to the side of my head that the curls didn't reach to the root and secure it with a hairband. Then, I wrap all the curls around themselves until I have one giant curl. I call this "The mummy curl" because the way the hair looks in the curl reminds me of a mummy's gauze wrappings. Over all, I do love this product. It never fails to give me quick, easy, fabulous curls. I would recommend it. Remington never fails to make good, high-quality products. February 21, 2013

Easy to use on squirmy kids. Beautiful curls every time. This curling iron has decreased so much frustration when getting ready in the morning with my little girl. The "curl guide" acts as a safety feature which eliminates any accidental burns. It heats up quickly, is easy to use, and creates beautiful curls. Other reviews express the cons as "difficult to use," or "only curls one direction." My daughter has naturally wavy hair, that curls in one direction, so I don't have a problem that it's only a one-direction curl. If I leave too much hair sticking out at the end, then that small bit looks straight. I avoid that by gently sliding the hair through the whole barrel instead of releasing immediately. For the best look, use small sections of hair. That was a con from another review, but use a different iron if your desired look is a chunky, fast, all-over curl. Also, watch the video provided on this website. It shows both the piecey curl look and the brushed out soft curl look. This iron creates curls that stay all day, even through the next day(s), without any products like mousse or hair spray. It takes only minutes for a sweet, quick curls. A major plus for squirmy kids. Very Pleased I spent countless hours reading reviews and watching reviews on youtube. After some careful searching I realized that some very good things were said about this product. I bought it and was very happy that it did everything I could have hoped it to do. It curls well. They hold in place. And they received tons of compliments. My hair is very "asian" so it's straight and doesn't like to curl and hold the curls. But this did the job and I didn't even have to use hairspray. Thank you Remington! I would also recommend the Tstudio Pearl Curling Wand, for when you have more time to actually curl your hair. December 4, 2012

Great results on my medium hair I bought it here in Colombia and It worked really nice on my hair, I get it all done in about 25 minutes!, all though I’m still a little bit disappointed about the only one direction issue (I’m a symmetry obsessive) , it would be great that the guide would be exchangeable, any way ,if you ever make the curler on the other direction let me know because I’ll definitely buy another one to solve the symmetry problem.
