This straightener works very well. I can straighten my hair with it very quickly. I like how it has a digital temperature setting so that I can automatically set it to the degree I want, and if I don't unplug it, it remembers the temperature. It also heats up super fast, which is great! I also like the lock button so that while I'm styling my hair I don't accidentally turn it off or change the temperature. It has an automatic shut off too, which is great for safety. These products last a while. The only negative - sometimes my hair gets caught in the crack between the plate and the body of the straightener - my mom has this straightener too and my hair gets caught in hers as well (so it's not just a flaw in my straightener). If they could get that fixed, I'd give it 5 stars!
P.S. Customer Service is great! My previous straightener (same type) broke (it was my fault) and they sent me a new product right away! I was very impressed with this!
