This product is really worth the money. My hair is course and thick and after I used this it left my hair soft, and I did not have to go back over any areas to maintain the look. Its a great product for a great price!

What setting would about 350 or 375 degrees be at?

Why does my "on" light constanly flash?

I have only had it for 2-3 weeks. Light did not blink like this for about a week. Except when first turned on, but once it reached the temperature setting it would stay lit. It also starts to smell like something is burning once it’s turned on. No other flat iron that I have owned has done what this one can do for my hair. Therefore, I LOVE IT. Please HELP!!
