This product is easy to use. The tips stays cool so you can use both hands when styling. I'm new to using flat irons, so with some more practice, I just know I can create some great hair styles. I did find that the slower you go, the better the curl results. It has a locking feature which allows you to keep it closed when not in use. It heats up super duper fast.

I ordered this kit but I would like to return the iron and keep the hair dryer. How can I do that?

Hi I really like the dryer but the curling iron doesn't work very well on my hair. How can I return just the iron? How much would i be reimbursed for if I return just the curling iron?
