I just bought this curling iron and used immediately when I came home. It took me 10 minutes to put perfect curls into my naturally curly thick coarse hair, and the result was just what I wanted. I have longer hair so it takes quite a bit of time to get the look I want, but this curling iron was quick and effortless. I bought mine from Target for 17.99 so the value is excellent. I haven't had it long so I can't speak to the durability, but it comes with a two year warranty so I'm not too worried.

Usually I have to use the hottest setting available, but this time I chose not to. It still worked wonderfully. If the curls don't hold for as long as I want then I will simply increase the temp and use hairspray (I didn't use any this time). Overall, I am very satisfied and hope it lasts me for a little while.
