I sadly had to replace my Remington Woman's electric shaver after 30 years. It would no longer hold a charge. There have been some improvements over the thirty years, but in general, it is the same. I hope this one will last me another 30 years, And don't ask how old are you! Old enough to know a good buy!

I couldn't find replacement heads for the old Remington I had, which worked FANTASTICALLY until the head got a hole in it after 7 years of occasional use. I usually only use the electric shaver on my days off, when I'm too lazy to shower and do the whole regular shaving thing. I like the new shaver - does a good job. I've only had it for a few weeks, so can't speak to durability...

I had a Remington shaver that was a few years old and decided to upgrade. I read the reviews on this one and decided to give it a try. I am very happy with this shaver. It is very light and easy to hold while you shave. It gives a very close shave. It is great for shaving your legs but not recommended for underarm area. If you are looking for a good value for your money and a great shaver, look no further. I am very happy with its performance.

Remington has been my favorite razor for over 30 years. No other electric razor shaves so close! The only complaint I have about this particular razor, is that it is very hard to open/close without scratching the blades with the foils when cleaning it. I'm afraid I'm going to dull the blade from doing this. This makes it a pain to clean, but I would still recommend it because of the awesome close shave it gives!

I have very thick, dark black leg hair that grows very fast. I am very happy with this product. I do not have enough hot water in the shower to last long enough in a busy full family household that all gets ready in the morning at the same time. I most often had to skip shaving and always wear long pants. I can now shave anytime and anywhere. It does not get my legs silky smooth but I can at least shed the jeans when I want to. Note: My hair is so thick and grows so fast that it only stays silky smooth for it seems like only a few hours anyway.

Three generations of Remington users. I like the new style shaving head but the new one is very noisy for using it on your FACE. Unable to find parts for the old one: WD2000.

The outer foils are turning my skin gray, which I have to make sure and wash off. Why?

Your skin may have a reaction to the metal, which causes a discoloration, like cheaper jewelry does sometimes.

It is not harmful and can be washed with soap and water after shaving. If you would like to return the shaver to us because of this reason for a refund please mail the unit to us.
