I just got this razor so I can't rate its durability yet.
I wanted a shaver that didn't plug in because I don't have space to leave it out all the time.
This battery-operated shaver is great for not taking up counter space.
So far, it has performed well.
It doesn't seem as sturdy as the rechargeable Remington I had before but it gets the job done on my legs and underarms very well.
It is a great value too
I am very happy with it.

I had an older Remington razor I liked better, but was forced to buy something new because the replacement blades I needed no longer seemed to exist. This razor leaves stubble on my legs. I've tried working it very, very slowly up the leg (think 1.5" of skin over 5 seconds), which helps to get more of the stubble, but still I am forced to go over the spot 3-4 times. Not that satisfied.

No, I do not recommend this product.
