This product is very easy to use. Quickly removes unwanted hair without risk for cutting or rashing that I have seen yet. I haven only used it a couple times but can see myself using it more in the future.

This product was quick and easy to use. I used it to shape my eyebrows. While usually spending 30 dollars on a waxing that takes 25 minutes this took less than 5 minutes and shaped my eyebrows perfectly.

Answer:

Thank you for contacting Remington. You will need to pull off the protective cap. Once this has been done you can firmly grip the top portion (white) and the bottom section and pull. You will see the battery compartment once this has been separated. Please contact our warranty department if you require further assistance.

Thank you for your message. Unfortunately, this product will not prevent hair from growing back thick or dark since it does not remove hair from the root, but shaves it at skin level.
