this product was broken when it arrived. It was made of completely cheap and flimsy material. It fell apart in my hand when I took it out of the package.

This is my 2nd trimmer. While cleaning my old one, an itty bitty plastic part fell down a heating vent. I was frantic when I couldn't find one locally. The new model that I purchased on line is less expensive than the older model and has more features. It works better than other trimmers. It gives a closer trim, never snags or pulls, and gets into tiny and delicate areas.

Yes, I recommend this product.

I have only owned this personal groomer for a few hours and tested it out on the areas of my face that have unwanted hair. I am very pleased with the results. It is very easy to use and seems to be very safe as far as not getting any accidental cuts. I have not owned it long enough to address durability. I would recommend this product.
