Loved this iron. Curls looked great and were fast to curl. Great price on sale at ULTA. If you have thick hair, just note that you can't use large sections of hair. Watch demo video for example of section size.. Pro you will not burn your hands when using. The biggest Con is the fact that when using you can only curl in one direction. I prefer curls to go away from my face. Due to the design when using, the curls will go in one direction only. I have tried holding in various ways and the result is the same. I think It would have been better if they would have created the curl guide as removable so you could change curl direction. Only reason it is not getting the highest rating.
