Blade symbol on LCD screen

The blade symbol has recently appeared on the LCD screen. I can only assume that means to replace the head, but the manual says nothing about it. A. What does the symbol mean? B. If it means getting a new head, and I replace it, how do I reset the symbol for the next time?
