Ther blades give a good shave, but I would not buy again. The cartridge pops off the razor at leat one time every time I shave

Cool design but it is as if the blades themselves are too thin to really dig down and get the whisker on the first or second pass. Schlick Quattro is by far the industry standard.

just purchased one today and it was not a good shave at all blades seemed dull and i had to shave two times just to get a decently close shave and i couldn't get the blades to clean out easily either so i wouldn't suggest it

Unusual shaver, it is for the most part comfortable, however it is like shaving backwards and blades at this early date are not sharp, for such a short period of use.

The blade seemed sharp enough, but did not have enough movement to follow the contours of my skin. This produced a less than satisfactory shave. Love the heft and feel of the razor.

The razor works very well for typical facial hair and cleans out really easily.

However, compared to my Mach 3 razor, the 5 blade assembly does not clean out very well when shaving hair over 3/16" of an inch because there are pockets on the corners of razor behind the blade that don't allow the hair and water to flush away. Taking the razor off the handle doesn't improve the situation either.

I really like the Slingshot design with the chrome & white rubber grip. Very smooth & close shave, although it has a very unique & distinctive design it could use some improvements for easier access to shave under the nose.

this new Remington King of Shaves Azor 5 seemed like a crock at first glimpse to me. Then I read on and decided to take a chance. I'm so tired of having to spend 28.00+ for 4 to 6 replacement razor cartridges not to mention if I would need 8 or HEAVEN forbid 16 for a vacation. It would cost me nearly $60.00 if not more. It simply became ridiculous.
So obviously I tried this Remington King razor with it's S-Flex technology for a more gentle close shave.

Although I do believe that the design of the razor itself is a great idea, it could use some improvements by providing a stopping point of flexation , so that the razor remains more firmly on the face in the position desired , thus permitting the grab and thus excellant, incredible great, close long lasting shave, MUCH closer than the Gillette Fusion and a LOT of a lot less of my money. Especially for replacement cartridges. As long as the price for this Razor and it's replacement cartridges remains he same and perhaps the developers/designers get my point about the over flexing causing one to have to place a finger on the actual blade to hold it to the face. It's a much better bargain for a MUCH BETTER and closer ,smooth shave. I Love It!!!!

I SIMPLE USE MY THUMB FROM THE BACKOF THE CARTRIDGE AND PUSH IT INTHE TRASH,THEN PRESS THE POINTS ON THE CORNERS ONTO THE NEXT CARTRIDGE SHOULD IT NOT ATTACH FROM THE CARTRIDGE PACK.

Answer: 

You press the button (the directions call it the icon, near the top of the razor) to eject the blade.You push the razor into the cartridge to load it and then pull up. It's a little tricky but once you do one, it's really simple.
