What is the silver part of the trimmer made of

Precision Power Beard, Goatee, & Stubble Trimmer Item # MB4040

Is the silver part on the front of the trimmer made of metal. The reason i ask is i have a piece of junk wahl and the silver finish on it flaked and chipped off within about a month.

Hi, i bought one in US .. and i must say its really nice product. now i am moving back to india, where power supply is 220v.
