I am pleasantly surprised. The trimmer is everything it was said to be. Easy to use and very precise. Far better than the last two trimmers I have owned. The length is easily selectable and locks in securely. The trimmer also arrived with two extra trimming blades, which should stretch the life of the product considerably. Highly recomend this product.

What is the silver part of the trimmer made of

Is the silver part on the front of the trimmer made of metal. The reason i ask is i have a piece of junk wahl and the silver finish on it flaked and chipped off within about a month.
