The package contains no useful information on actually using the product or its attachments. Is one supposed to guess how the different components work? On the 5-setting hair trimmer, what is a 1 and what is a 5? No useful info in the package or on the web site. On top of that, the batteries that came with the unit leaked within days, meaning it was either old or poor quality.

No, I do not recommend this product.

I just turned 50 and I have noticed that the hair on top of my head has receded. Now I have more hair growing from unwanted places (ears & nose) than where I actually would like. Plucking with fingers or tweezers just wasn't cutting it. So I purchased a Remington NE 3000. Wow!!! Now I can easily remove these unwanted hairs with ease. I am so happy with my purchase.

My nose and ear hair were driiving me crazy. Hair removal has often been frustrating, stubborn, and painful at times. This product has aloowed me to ditch the tweezers and scissors for a much more comfortable alternative. I finally have relief from those frustrating nose and wild eyebrow hairs!

Changing the Attachment Heads (if applicable)
Some models have interchangeable attachments. You may
want to use the rotary head to trim nose hairs, the linear head
for ear and eyebrow hairs, and the linear for sideburns and
necklines.
To change heads:
1. Turn the trimmer off.
2. Detach cutting head by turning it counterclockwise to the
unlocked position and pulling it off.
3. Once the previous head is removed, attach the other head by
placing it on top of the unit and turning it clockwise to the
locked position.

Blade very dull on just one battery's use

I have the Remington Dual Blade Personal Trimmer, MPT-3500. I think I had it 6 months, max. It worked fantastic for 4 - 5 uses, but now the blades are so dull, it's essentially worthless. What did I do wrong? I didn't apply mineral oil like suggested. I cleaned it between uses and allowed it to air dry. Can I buy a new head? can you replace the head for me?
