I have many allergies and shaving causes bad irritation on my neck especially. After using one of my beard trimmers I use the PG-360 foil shaver and it doesn't irritate my skin like razors or even electric shavers do. I use the PG-360 foil shaver head at least every other day so therefore it tends to wear holes into the metal and you had a replacement that I very much needed. Thank you so much for having the replacement and thank you so very much for aiding in one of my very many allergies.

I WAS A SHAME TO REPLACE MY SHAVER WHEN ALL IT NEEDED WAS A REPLACEMENT FOIL. I LIKE THE SHAVER BECAUSE IT IS SMALL, EASY TO CHANGE HEADS, AND WORKS GOOD. I BOUGHT TWO FOIL REPLACEMENTS BECAUSE IT LOOKS LIKE THAT IS THE ONLY HEAD THAT SHOULD GO BAD. IF I HAD TO BUY ANOTHER SHAVER IT WOULD BE SIMULAR TO THE ONE THAT I NOW HAVE.

I received the foil shaver as a Christmas gift. I was pleased with the closeness of the shave I got. After about 3 weeks, however, the shaver began to scratch my face. Looking closely at the shaver head, I noticed an irregularity in the foil surface. A day or two later, the irregularity became more noticeable. It turned out to be a hole in the foil through which the shaver's blades came into contact with my skin. I assumed I had somehow damaged the foil and so ordered a replacement head. After two or three weeks the same thing happened in roughly the same location of the shaver head. Reluctantly, I have discontinued using the shaver. I have included a photo of the two shaver heads.

I am not looking for a refund. Rather, I would like to think there could be a somewhat permanent solution for the problem.

My order number for the replacement head was REW418801-455.

This is the second foil shaver I've ordered (the third for this shaver). For some reason, a hole had developed in foil, in a near identical location, resulting in pulling nicking on my chin. I've also replaced the small comb and shave head, the comb broke. That may have been my fault.

Overall, I am satisfied with the product, just some puzzling flaws that take away from it's usefulness.
