When I unpacked the Screens and Cutters to replace the old ones two (!!!) of the three screens were cracked/broken

This is the second set I have purchase since the original razor purchase. This set is no where near the quality as the second set and the shave is not as close as the set I removed thinking a new set would provide a closer shave. The Plastic holder for the screens is flimsy and if not careful while removing it will remove one of the heads from the razor as it flexes from your grip. I'm truly disappointed Remington would put their name on such a product.

The performance, quality and cost is excellent. Updates on the product are informative. This product and the price is really budget friendly. This is the second one I purchased. The first was a different model but lasted with very frequent use for 12 years!

Answer:

Hold the cutter at the center, match it up to part it belongs with and gently push into place.

The foils are locked into a holder. Throw the old holder away and place the new holder onto the top of the shaver, and gently push into place.

The sp390 screen holder will not lock in place F5790

I've had 2 models F5790. With both models the screen holder(black plastic) will not lock down and stay in place. The first model was returned because of this problem. Now the replacement is doing the same thing - even with the new sp390 kit. I read online numerous people having this problem. What is the solution?
